Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14 years old. Aspen Ladd started training in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing and wrestling before making her professional debut at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd later went on to beat three times in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All her opponents were defeated within the first few minutes. She then went back to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen had already defeated Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia gave Aspen an unanimity loss and beat her in a match that tarnished Ladd's professional career. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent bout against Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen made her debut with Invicta FC in 2015 to start her journey as a pro. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via the first round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first bout as a bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed the strong skills she had learned in wrestling to beat McGill. Aspen ended her fight via an KO (3rd round) (elbows and punches). Aspen was then able to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not in a position to make it, but Aspen won and beat Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut was in UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She defeated Lina by pounding and grounding her before prevailing by TKO in second round. She continued to dominate and scored a more impressive win when she fought Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd took on Evinger with a punch during the opening round, and was awarded the performance of the night bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes was in the UFC's Fight Night dos Anjos Lee rematch with Sijara's Eubanks, was her first fight that she had in any major way. Ladd took home by a unanimous decision following an intense back and forth battle between the two fighters, got the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd in just 16 seconds and ended her streak to win. Then she bounced back and defeated Yana Kunitskaya in the third round of UFC on ESPN 7. For a rematch, she fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was a unanimous decision.
