Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I share my life in general, my good and bad days. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my brother and parents at the age of one and a half. Without my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my life. Given the chance to live the best life possible I was determined to try the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. I had a plan to study in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. Then I wanted a wife and kids. My plan for success was to go to college to graduate, then get an executive job. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and start a family. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. Status and money did not bring me joy. I thought I wasted my life to earn a paycheck. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. As a Asian female in this industry there are a few. To be a leader in my industry and to provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams and achieve anything they wish to do. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my lifethat of losing my mother. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we might not be able to recognize it right now. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. And I really believe I was given a second chance to experience life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right to go on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. My life is shared with me so that I may talk about my experience and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is necessary and is normal. The health of a person is the most important riches. My hope is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a death be without regrets, since that's the only thing we can count on in this life.
